As a Human Resources Generalist, you will engage in a comprehensive range of HR activities. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, inclusive culture of passionate individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate and new employee experience.Manage and lead communication with external recruitment agencies, including sourcing new relevant partnerships.Payroll, Benefits, & HR Operations:Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.Help develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.Spearhead system implementations and optimization projects aimed at reducing manual administrative tasks.Coordinate and track all employee leaves of absence (FMLA, NJFLA, etc.) and accommodation requests, including the collection of all necessary medical certifications and documentation, and communicate approvals and timelines to employees and managers.Assist with administering benefit programs, including managing open enrollment, reviewing market data, and ensuring compliance with all regulations in partnership with our benefit brokers.Act as a back-up for payroll processing (US & Canada)Additional Human Resources responsibilities as neededEmployee Relations & Engagement:Coordinate and implement organization-wide employee engagement initiatives.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Talent Development:Assist with identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Promote and facilitate the use of learning and development tools.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, in a Generalist environment preferredDemonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitmentSolid understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, and compliance requirementsStrong proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll systems, including data accuracy and reportingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers across all departmentsStrong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Preferred Systems Experience:SAP SuccessfactorsPaycomLinkedIn LearningGoogle SuiteCompensation: $65,000-$80,000What We OfferBenefits:Flexible work structure with 2 days remote per weekRobust & inexpensive health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental and vision plansFinancial protection through life, accidental death & dismemberment, and long-term disability insuranceA company matching 401k planGenerous paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, company holidays, and bereavement days so you can take the time you needLearning & Development:All employees are provided with LinkedIn Learning licenses and unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning’s coursesGlobal hub of learning & development resources including global webinars covering a variety of technical, soft skills, and language trainingDe’Longhi Cares:Organized annual volunteer day, donation opportunities throughout the year with local non-profit organizationsOur Core ValuesAmbition, Courage, Passion, Competence, Teamwork, Heritage, RespectIf you require reasonable accommodation to complete a job application, a job interview or to otherwise participate in the hiring process, please contact Human Resources at .
