This leader will own the P&L for US Tylenol®, develop communications, identify consumer & customer needs, & lead a team to deliver the business plan.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and deliver holistic commercial strategy for US Tylenol®Manage US P&L and investment strategy; lead strategic decisions to maximize NTS and Brand Contribution Lead development of annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targetsLead the commercialization of new product launches for U.S. marketLead portfolio management strategy (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for US Tylenol®Lead team to build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful resultsLead team to consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunitiesOversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadershipBuild trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomesLead and develop high-performing team of 14 direct/ indirect reportsParticipate as a member of the US Pain, CCFS & Nutritional's leadership teamRequired QualificationsWhat we are looking forMinimum of 8 years of marketing experience in CPG industry7+ years experience in P&L management (sales or marketing)Desired QualificationsStrong strategic shaping skills, paired with strength in mobilizing a team to deliver a planDemonstrated success in enabling business growth and strategy developmentProven ability to influence decision-making at Top-to-Top levels within and across organizations, both internally and externallyStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize forecast and predict outcomes on the basis of complex business data and reportsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesDemonstrated success in organization and talent leadership including coaching and mentoring teams for high performance, and a track record for developing a pipeline of high performers and potential successorsAbility to lead effectively through ambiguity, conflict and complexityStrong demonstration of all behaviors of our Leadership ImperativesProven track record of driving category growth and innovationStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What’s In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$225,250.00 - $318,000.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
