Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area for a Sous Chef at Atomic Golf. The Sous Chef will assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure food quality and presentation, oversee food preparation, and maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, coordinating with the Head Chef to design and execute menu items, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional culinary experience for guests. Qualifications Culinary expertise, including advanced cooking techniques and recipe preparationTeam management and leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff and coordinate workflowKnowledge of kitchen safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling standardsExperience with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cost controlStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and other departmentsCreativity in menu development and presentation of dishesPrevious experience in a high-volume or luxury dining environment is a plusCulinary education or certification preferred
