CNC Laser Operator

**CNC Laser Operator - Night Shift | Ringgold, GA**We're seeking a reliable CNC Laser Operator for a full-time, on-site night shift role in Ringgold, GA. This position operates CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precise metal parts in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Set up and operate CNC laser machines for steel, stainless, and aluminum.+ Load/unload metal sheets and finished parts.+ Adjust cutting parameters for accuracy and material type.+ Read blueprints and verify part quality using precision measuring tools.+ Perform basic maintenance (lens cleaning, nozzle changes, alignment checks).+ Maintain a safe, organized work area and support production workflow.**Requirements:**+ 1+ year CNC laser or plasma operating experience.+ Fabrication or industrial shop experience.+ Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.+ Strong attention to detail; able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.+ **Preferred:** Experience with sheet metal, nesting software, or downstream processes (press brake, welding, finishing).**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
