Sr Player Development Executive

Summary: Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing VIP players. Responsible for new player acquisition and repeat visitation from higher worth customers. Builds relationships to instill loyalty to the property.Engagement Expectations:We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:Smile, display energy and open body languageProactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide serviceAlways use a positive parting remark to end the conversationEssential Job Functions:Creates a new business pipeline, bringing in top customers and providing elevated service experience.Ability to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.Reviews player ratings and histories to evaluate and make decisions for complimentaries.Knowledge of table games operations and electronic gaming machines.Markets to maximize participation in special events and promotions.Achieves established revenue and reinvestment goals.In person, telephone, and digital outreach to identified segments of the player database to increase trip frequency, including coded and uncoded customers, and general customer service calls to build relationships and visitation.Engages with customers off property including dinners, cruises, sporting events, and other approved marketing activations.Assists the Director of Player Development with team member mentorship and development coaching.Hosts independent events to engage with customers outside of the established programming.Demonstrates professional, engaging, and effective telesales skills and production.Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent.10+ years of casino host/player development experience.Strong leadership, communication and sales skills.Knowledge of Casino Management Systems and customer database platforms.Must exhibit excellent personable skills and an image of excitement and enthusiasm.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.Physical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear.Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.Required to use telephone and computer.Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment.
