Server-1Bay Point Resort and Marina is looking for a server to join our team and help us elevate the dining experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced, punctual professional, driven, and understands the steps of service. The candidate should also have a sense of urgency and understand the importance of teamwork.Responsibilities:Greet members in a friendly and professional mannerInteract with members, take orders and serve food and drinksAssess members' needs and preferences and make recommendationsDeliver food and beverages to tables in a timely mannerResolves member complaints, ensuring member satisfactionProvide excellent hospitality and build relationships and trust with our membersStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsAbility to work weekendsExperience and skills you need:1+ years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurantExcellent communication skillsYou enjoy being a team playerAbility to lift 15-30 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours in lengthAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and thank all applicants.
