Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties - Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Requirements - Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills - Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with fine dining is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift: 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: Hampton Bays, NY 11946 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Hampton Bays, NY 11946: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
