This role will play a key role in supporting the field, sales, and managed operations teams in a timely, accurate and professional manner. This position will expeditiously and effectively help resolve the issues and concerns of large, multi-unit customers, will offering insight into improvements and optimization of existing processes. You will make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of own work and meetings/appointments, etc., for others.What'sin it For You:Enjoy a training program allowing you to learn from successful professionalsOpportunity for a long term, career path in service, sales, or managementIndependent work environment where you will manage your daily tasksAccess to best in class resources, tools, and technologyComprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, company paid pension, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement and more!What You Will Do:Support Field Sales and Operations associates, District Managers, and Senior Leadership Team; Establish effective working relationships with a variety of Ecolab Employees and partner with them on best practices to identify and solve problemsReduce/Resolve Blocked billing issuesWork with Sales to contact customers regarding TEC (tax exempt certificates) requirements and updatesReview Inventory report and follow up on idle vehicleManage the sales/tracking reportsAssist with training Field and Operations staff on the various computer software systems and processesParticipate in various projects as assignedNew hire onboarding and access requests including ordering of equipment, uniforms, and access requestsPosition Details:Position will be based in Naperville, ILWork Week and Shift: Monday- FridayMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/ GED EquivalentMinimum three years of sales support experienceIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook)Immigration sponsorship is not available for this roleMust be able to pass a drug screenPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree completed or in processOne year of experience in a sales organizationCustomer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customersKnowledge of SAPAbility to work with various systems simultaneouslyAbout Nalco Water:In a world with increasing water shortage and contamination challenges, Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, helps customers conserve more than161 billion gallonsof water each year. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
