This role partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to improve workflows, drive adopt of technology, and support high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include:Leads and supports clinical system initiatives across the full project lifecycle, including workflow analysis, system testing, training, go-live support, upgrades, and issue resolution.Collaborates with nursing leadership and staff to assess learning needs and clinical competencies related to technology and workflows.Designs and delivers education programs on clinical systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant to support workflow optimization and best practices.Participates in change management efforts, including readiness assessments and adoption strategies.Supports new staff orientation and ongoing clinical education initiatives.We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with previous experience in Acute Care setting may be considered.Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute-care setting is required.Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.Previous experience in clinical systems implementation across the full project lifecycle, including workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live support, upgrades, and issue management is required.WCCH is a 100-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Wythe County community for over 53 years.
