This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer.Role SummaryLead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery, efficient operations, and cost control. Supervise production staff and manage schedules using EPICOR.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule daily productionEnsure materials, labor, and equipment availabilitySupervise Blenders/production staffMonitor production flow and resolve disruptionsManage jobs and inventory in EPICOREnforce safety and company policiesRequirementsManufacturing production planning/scheduling experienceEPICOR experience requiredSupervisory experience preferredOn-site availability (5 days/week)
