**Sr Business Unit Manager**We are looking for a Sr. Business Unit Manager to join our North Hollywood and Chatsworth, CA team!As our Sr Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Liquid Coatings facility including full P&L responsibility. We are a Tier-1/Tier-2 aerospace chemical processing specialist with over 40 years of continuous operation serving every major U.S. Prime Contractor and hold multiple DoD and medical approvals.You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, capital investment strategy, and profitable growth while maintaining flawless safety, environmental, and quality performance.**Location:** North Hollywood, CA & Chatsworth, CA**Salary:** $200,000 - $220,000 + 20% bonus_Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in CA.
