As the 3rd largest security services provider, our 175k+ team members in 36 countries combine and adapt global best practices to match the unique nature of each market we serve and partner with Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity, and Remote Services (iSOC) divisions to create meaningful 'Hybrid Security' solutions for Prospects.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential security risks or hazardsDeter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents professionally and appropriatelyControl access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entryProvide emergency response including de-escalation, detainment support, or coordination with law enforcement when requiredMaintain accurate incident reports and documentationInteract with the public in a professional and respectful manner while enforcing site rulesCoordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as neededQualifications and Requirements:Experience: Prior experience in Military Police, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable armed security role requiredLicensing: Valid armed guard license where required by state lawLegal authorization to carry and operate a firearm in accordance with applicable regulationsTraining: Certification in arrest control, restraint techniques, or equivalent defensive tacticsRegulatory Compliance: Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local security and firearm regulationsSchedule Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPost-Offer Employment RequirementsEmployment offers for this position are contingent upon successful completion of all post-offer requirements applicable to this safety-sensitive role.
