Job SummaryResponsible for performing catering functions for off-site Live Nation events such as concerts and shows for the bands' road crew. Events are primarily in downtown Cleveland and Akron areas. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone ResponsibilitiesProvides excellent customer service to our banquet guests. Performs simple food preparation. Maintains buffet. Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area. Washes dishes. Performs other duties as assigned.
