General Job Duties. Types Of Procedures Required.Perform discharge planning for patient to the next level of care and criteria review for admitEquipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)EPICRequired Skills And Minimum Years Of Experience.2-3 years experienceSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)RN, preferred CCM or ACMShift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)The person would not be alone but my staff does weekends.Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)Resource Management covers all med/surg units alone with critical care and EDBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.We cover units usually 30-40 beds per unitDress Codebusiness casual or scrubsTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.depending on the individual we generally do 1 week orientation with a staff member as a traveler.
