This candidate must have solid banquet experience, demonstrating confidence in large-scale production, organization, and execution while upholding impeccable quality and consistency.This candidate must be highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, multi-outlet property, seamlessly supporting Banquets and outlets such as Gallerie Bar and Bistro, Stories on High, and the signature live-fire restaurant FYR. They will be versatile and highly skilled culinary professional with a passion for excellence and an eagerness to grow within a dynamic, high-volume hotel environment.What will I be doing?The Chef Tournant will assist the Executive Chef & Banquet Chef with overseeing the culinary team and operations primarily in banquets and select outlets.
