Together, Regent Partners and RVP collaborate with visionary companies and passionate entrepreneurs to drive transformative growth, foster innovation, and create lasting societal and economic impact across global markets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Research Analyst / Associate at Regent Venture Partners, based in Seattle, WA, with the option to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.The Research Analyst / Associate will lead industry-focused research and deal sourcing across Healthcare, TMT, and Consumer/Retail, with the goal of identifying high-quality investment opportunities for the firm. Core responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, performing company and industry analyses, evaluating financial and operational data, and synthesizing findings into investment memos and presentations. The role works closely with the investment team to support due diligence and decision-making, and may involve attending major industry conferences such as CES.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or equity researchVenture capital or direct investing experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree required; Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferredStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial and market dataProficiency in market research and quantitative analysisEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and conciselySelf-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with experienceYear-end performance bonusCommission-based bonus tied to deal sourcingHealth insuranceOpportunity to attend major industry conferences (e.g., CES)LocationSeattle, WA or remote from within the U.S.
