Director of Operations

Opensity Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead service delivery for an enterprise client. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and can immediately establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.You’ll oversee a multi-site team of 15+ professionals delivering white-glove services across Reception & Concierge and Office Services.
