Travel RN - Med/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in an acute care setting with remote telemetry, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a night shift schedule.Job Details• Acute care Med/Surg unit with 32 beds and remote telemetry monitoring,• Telemetry is ordered per patient and monitored 24/7,• Patient population includes stable vent patients, BiPAP patients, acute/chronic renal failure, dialysis, fluid overload, and general medical/surgical patients under internal medicine, family practice, and hospitalist overflow physicians,• IV drips administered include Dopamine (5mcg constant rate for renal perfusion only, no titration) and Heparin,• Charting system: Cerner,• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active IN RN license or compact RN license currently in hand,• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required,• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred,• BSN not required,• Med/Surg acute care experience required,Additional Information• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered,• Candidates residing between 50 and 100 miles may be considered at a reduced pay rate,
