Master Plumber
Description:Bluedrop Water is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team. This roleis both a hands-on field position and a leadership role. The Master Plumber will performplumbing installations while also overseeing complex projects, supporting the plumbingteam, and helping ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and in compliance withapplicable codes and regulations. Candidates must be able to start no later than June 20th, 2026.Key Responsibilities:Perform plumbing installations in the field for residential and other assigned projectsOversee and manage complex plumbing projects from start to finishEnsure compliance with local and state plumbing codes, regulations, safety standards, permitting, and inspectionsSupervise and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and technicians by providing guidance, training, and supportCoordinate with general contractors, clients, and inspectors to ensure smooth project executionEstimate materials, labor, and project costs, and prepare job proposals or bidsTroubleshoot plumbing system issues and recommend repairs, improvements, or upgradesReview all residential site surveys and ensure any issues are identified and resolvedCoordinate and complete second site surveys when neededSupport the residential plumbing team with troubleshooting during installations and service workRequirements:Current Master Plumber license in good standingStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and troubleshootingThorough understanding of local and state plumbing codes, permits, and inspectionsAbility to lead, train, and support team members in the fieldExperience estimating project materials, labor, and costsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilitiesPreferred QualitiesLeadership mindset with a willingness to mentor othersStrong problem-solving skillsReliable, professional, and detail-orientedComfortable balancing field work with project oversight responsibilitiesWhy Bluedrop:Competitive compensation.Comprehensive training.Supportive team environment with growth opportunities.The chance to be part of a mission-driven company making a positive environmental impact.Bluedrop is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Compensation details: 60-62 Hourly WagePI0ea7f0c2d19b-26289-40321370
