Are you ready for a senior sales role where your experience will be trusted and valued?The roleWe are looking for an Executive Sales Manager to help lead sales activity for a well-established crane and hoist business in Central New Jersey.This is a hands-on leadership role in a small corporation, suited to someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical problems, and turning opportunities into long-term business.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leadsBuild trusted relationships with new and existing customersVisit regional customer sites to understand their needsRecommend hoists, winches, crane systems, parts, and service optionsPrepare accurate customer quotes by working with vendors and internal teamsCoordinate with engineering, service, operations, and finance colleaguesKeep sales records up to date in the CRM systemStay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new productsShare your knowledge to help strengthen the wider teamAbout our companyWe are an established corporation serving customers in the crane and hoist industry.
