What You’ll Do Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned to IEP goals Support student academic, social, and behavioral growth Track progress using data, assessments, and observations Prepare and facilitate IEP meetings Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff Create a structured, positive, and safe learning environment Guide paraprofessionals and aides as assigned Who We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree (Special education preferred, not required) Willingness and ability to obtain Missouri teaching certification Great Fit For Career changers looking for meaningful work Recent graduates Educators seeking strong district support Professionals interested in special education but not yet certified Certification Pathway (We Help You Get There!)
