What You’ll Do
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned to IEP goals
Support student academic, social, and behavioral growth
Track progress using data, assessments, and observations
Prepare and facilitate IEP meetings
Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff
Create a structured, positive, and safe learning environment
Guide paraprofessionals and aides as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s degree (Special education preferred, not required)
Willingness and ability to obtain Missouri teaching certification

No Special Education certification yet? That’s okay.
Qualified candidates may begin with Temporary Authorization, while working toward:

Physical & Work Requirements (Overview)
Ability to assist students with mobility and daily routines
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Participation in annual Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training
Primarily indoor work with occasional travel between school sites
