Technology Communications Associate - # 26125

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an enterprise organization, is seeking a skilled Technology Communications Associate. This role supports internal innovation and technology initiatives by creating engaging content, presentations, videos, and storytelling materials that help employees better understand IT, AI, and digital transformation efforts across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, creative communication, and turning complex ideas into clear, business-friendly messaging.Job Duties:Partner with technology and innovation teams to understand projects and initiativesTranslate technical concepts into clear, engaging internal communicationsCreate presentations, internal articles, digital content, and storytelling materialsDevelop executive-ready slides, scripts, and communication assets for multiple audiencesSupport internal workshops, enablement activities, and training materialsProduce lightweight video and visual content to support employee engagement initiativesAssist with content updates across internal communication and collaboration platformsSupport prototyping, mockups, and creative demonstrations using modern digital toolsHelp improve visibility and awareness of innovation and technology initiatives across the organizationGather feedback and recommend improvements to communication materials and engagement effortsSkills Required:Experience creating presentations, digital content, or internal communication materialsStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience supporting workshops, training sessions, or internal enablement initiativesAbility to simplify technical or complex information into business-friendly messagingExperience developing presentations, training materials, guides, or communication assetsUnderstanding of graphic design, web design, or digital media fundamentalsMust have experience within AI, innovation, or emerging technologies Must have worked with any AI tools, Copilot, low-code, or no-code platforms in a work environmentExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Premiere, Camtasia, or similar toolsFamiliarity with SharePoint or intranet content managementExperience with Figma or other visual design toolsKnowledge of script writing, storyboarding, or visual storytelling techniquesExposure to AI tools, Copilot, low-code, or no-code platformsBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
