The start date is ASAP for this contract position.Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: ASAPDuration: ContractCompensation Range:$25-30/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KNot eligible for Visa sponsorshipJob Description:Drive high-volume outbound outreach to generate qualified customer discovery interviews and support early-stage market research initiatives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Participate in daily stand-up (10 AM EST) and check-in meetings (3:30 PM EST)Build highly targeted lead lists across niche industries and stakeholder groupsExecute 50-100+ personalized outbound messages daily (LinkedIn, email, etc.)Convert cold outreach into booked discovery interviewsOwn scheduling, coordination, and pipeline management of interviewsTrack outreach metrics including volume, response rates, and conversionsContinuously test and optimize messaging for improved performanceSupport market research by securing conversations for internal teamsRequirements:Must-Haves:4+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound-heavy sales rolesProven success in high-volume cold outreach and lead generationExperience converting outreach into booked calls or interviewsStrong written communication with ability to personalize at scaleHighly organized with ability to manage multiple outreach threadsSelf-starter who can work independently and iterate quicklyResilient and persistent in the face of rejection and low response ratesNice-to-Haves:Experience with expert networks (e.g., GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint)Background in venture studios or innovation teamsExposure to market research or customer discovery processes
