We will recruit and develop leaders who share our obsession with hospitality and embrace our values of empathy, adaptability, and selflessness.About the Role:The Senior Manager of Openings & Operations works alongside the VP and Directors of Operations to support the successful execution of new restaurant openings and operational excellence across Mina Group restaurants nationally and internationally.This role is responsible for providing operational leadership during restaurant openings, management transitions, training initiatives, and periods requiring additional management support. You lead with professionalism, accountability, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills while serving as a culture carrier for Mina Group.You possess a strong operational foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence and develop managers and hourly teams across a variety of concepts and markets.What you bring to the table:Professional AttributesStrong knowledge of fine dining front-of-house operationsExperience with restaurant openings and operational transitionsAbility to develop and execute training programs and operational systemsStrong leadership presence with the ability to coach managers and line-level employeesFinancial acumen including labor management, reporting, inventory controls, and cost managementWorking knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standardsExperience conducting operational audits and implementing action plansStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with industry systems such as Micros, Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Restaurant365, Avero, or similar platforms preferredAbility to collaborate effectively with Operations, HR, Finance, Culinary, and hotel partnersBasic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environmentsMulti-unit or multi-state operational experience preferredMinimum 3 restaurant openings in a management role strongly preferredExperience hiring, interviewing, training, and developing teamsStrong understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and labor compliance standardsBachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferredAbility to frequently lift up to 40 poundsAbility to work extended hours based on business needsTravel:Extensive travel is required to perform the essential functions of this role. Travel assignments may include supporting restaurant openings, management transitions, operational refreshes, and training initiatives at Mina Group restaurants nationwide.
