About the RoleWe're hiring an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support Engineer (Level II) to support and troubleshoot cloud-based desktop environments for a growing client base.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AVD, FSLogix, and Windows virtualization who enjoys solving real-world user issues across networking, performance, and application deliveryYou'll work directly with end users and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex issues while continuing to build your cloud expertise.What You'll DoSession connectivity & login issuesPerformance and latency troubleshootingUser access and authenticationTroubleshoot network-related issuesDNS, TCP/IP, routingFirewall and access restrictionsSupport and optimize AVD user experience, including:FSLogix profile containers (slow logins, profile corruption)Microsoft Teams optimization in AVDMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive)Adobe Acrobat and line-of-business applicationsDiagnose endpoint issuesThin clients, laptopsUSB redirection (scanners, peripherals)Printing and printer redirectionDocument solutions and contribute to knowledge base articlesIdentify trends and assist with root cause analysisEscalate advanced issues to Level III / Azure engineering teamsWhat You Bring2–4 years of IT support experience1+ year supporting virtual desktop or cloud environments (AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon)Hands-on experience with:FSLogixWindows multi-session environmentsDNS, DHCP, TCP/IPVPNs, firewallsWindows OS and applicationsMicrosoft 365 (Teams, Outlook)Familiarity with:Thin clients, printers, USB devicesTicketing systems and RMM toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsNice to HaveCertifications:AZ-140 (AVD Specialty)Network+ or CCNAExperience supporting state/local government or regulated environmentsPrior military experience or security clearanceTech Stack You'll Work WithFSLogix (profile containers)Microsoft 365 (Teams optimization, Outlook, OneDrive)Windows endpoints (thin clients, desktops, laptops)??
