Field Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems and equipment in the field - Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on telephone and low voltage systems - Install and terminate cabling for telecommunication and electrical systems - Provide field service support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Conduct network installations and configurations, including computer networking and Ethernet connections - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a field technician or in a related role preferred - Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment - Proficient in cabling installation and termination techniques - Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform diagnostics on complex systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
