Join us!Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive the execution of select workstreams within identified projects as part of the Strategy Execution Office that support Signet's current strategic and financial objectivesCoordinate with cross-functional brand and function teams to establish workplans, track progress, and drive accountabilityProvide regular project updates to senior leaders and synthesize key learnings / insightsConduct consumer, competitive, retail, market, and economic research to provide an external point of view and inform new opportunities and strategic prioritiesBuild "Board and Executive ready" project deliverables and recommendations in partnership with operational and functional teamsSupport annual and long-range planning processes by working with Strategy directors responsible for developing comprehensive business plans, targets and priorities based on business input and strategic objectivesWork with finance to shape financial goals and banner level expectations.
