The ideal candidate is high-energy, detail-oriented, and excellent at engaging with diverse audiences. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Engagement: Greet guests upon arrival, direct seating, and answer questions with a polite, professional demeanor.Event Flow & Management: Manage event timelines, introduce speakers, and facilitate activities to keep the energy high and schedule on track.Logistics Support: Assist with setup, clean-up, and vendor coordination to ensure the venue is ready.Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and handle guest complaints or unexpected challenges calmly.Health & Safety: Ensure all safety protocols, cleaning measures, and emergency procedures are followed.Required Skills & Qualifications1+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, or event planning.Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
