Division Order Analyst

To support ongoing ownership and revenue verification activities, the full-time remote Division Order Analyst will review and validate division orders, verify ownership interests, and collaborate with client stakeholders in the oil and gas sector. Key responsibilitiesReview, analyze, and validate division orders for accuracy and completeness Verify ownership interests using title documents, leases, deeds, and probate records Calculate and confirm ownership and revenue interests while maintaining organized recordsRequired qualificationsPrior experience as a Division Order Analyst, Title Analyst, Landman, or in a related oil & gas role Strong understanding of oil & gas ownership, title research, and division order processes Experience interpreting title documents, legal descriptions, and related materials Proficiency in calculating ownership and revenue interests Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
