This role involves working with wood materials, interpreting basic building drawings, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.ScheduleMonday - FridayFull-timeKey ResponsibilitiesMeasure, cut, and handle wood materials accuratelyRead and interpret basic building drawings (training provided)Operate tools and equipment safely and efficientlyMove and position large plywood sheets as neededUtilize computer kiosks for job tracking or workflow tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesFollow all safety procedures and consistently wear required safety gearEnsure quality standards and customer satisfaction are metKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong team player with a positive attitudeAbility to accurately use a tape measure (down to 1/16 inch)Comfortable learning and using basic construction drawingsBasic computer skills (kiosk use)Enjoys hands-on work and physical tasksStrong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing clearly)Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesStrong work ethic and willingness to support team successCommitment to safety and qualityEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required3+ years of experience in construction, woodworking, or manufacturing preferredForklift experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use tools throughout the shiftAble to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequentlyCapable of moving large wood sheets regularlyMust be able to pass a drug screen and fitness-for-duty test
