Technical Project Manager / BA – Enterprise Data
Company Overview:A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate investments. They are seeking a Technology Project Manager / BA to join their Enterprise Data Organization, bridging data strategy and execution.Job Responsibilities:Own end-to-end project management for enterprise data initiatives, establishing structured plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.Drive scrum and agile frameworks through Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups.Build and maintain high-quality reporting and status visibility across EDO priorities.Translate business requirements into well-structured Jira work item hierarchies and enforce Jira hygiene and governance standards.Develop and manage dashboards and reporting views that surface delivery metrics and data program KPIs.Identify risks, blockers, and gaps proactively, escalating where needed and driving resolution.Serve as a reliable operational partner to Data Engineering and Business stakeholders.Actively explore and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve team efficiency.Maintain a working understanding of Snowflake-based data environments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technology or data-focused project management, preferably within financial services or asset management.Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, workflow configuration, sprint execution, and reporting.Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard development.Demonstrated experience operating within agile/scrum delivery frameworks.Foundational understanding of private credit markets and investment management operations.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to navigate technical conversations with data engineers.Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms preferred.Genuine curiosity about AI and a proactive track record of applying AI tools to improve workflows.Compensation: Pay Rate: $60 – $100/hr, DOEThe post Technical Project Manager / BA – Enterprise Data appeared first on Landing Point.
