Facilities Maintenance Tech

Performs routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry as assigned.Essential Job Functions:• Perform excellent internal/external guest service;• Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair;• Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment;• Complete work assignments in a timely manner;• Perform preventative maintenance as needed;• Other reasonable duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
