Supply Chain Assistant
Assist with receiving, organizing, and submitting invoices. Assist with cycle counts; weekly, monthly, and annually as needed. Data entry and verification across several platforms and sources. Coordinate payments with Supplier Accounts Payable contacts. Verification of invoice pricing and quantities. Assist with reconciliation of JDE transactions. Assist in adjusting and expediting purchase orders to maintain needed service and inventory levels. Supports escalations to resolve discrepancies or urgent inventory/invoice issues. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications. Minimum 1 year of Supply Chain or Purchasing Management and/or Sourcing experience in a manufacturing setting. Associates degree or prior experience in a purchasing or operations role within an ITW division a plus. Excellent communication skills. Results-focused, with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and be an agent for change. Skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office.
