SummaryThe Integration & Verification Engineer is responsible for ensuring that system and customer requirements are objectively verified through planned integration and test activities across electromechanical products incorporating software, electronics, and mechanics.What You'll DoRequirements & VerificationTranslate system and customer requirements into verifiable test cases with clear pass/fail criteriaDefine verification strategies across component, subsystem, and system levelsEnsure bidirectional traceability between requirements, test cases, and results (e.g., requirements test evidence)Test Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain integration and verification test plansCoordinate test execution across multiple parallel projectsReview test results, assess system-level risk, and recommend corrective actionsChange & Issue ManagementAssess verification impact of requirement changesCommunicate risks, tradeoffs, and test status clearly to stakeholdersSupport root cause analysis for system-level failuresWho You AreBSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringExperience defining verification approaches from system specificationsExperience working with requirements-based verification or V-model developmentExperience verifying integrated hardware/software/mechanical systemFamiliarity with requirements management or traceability tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, DVP&R, PLM systems)Experience maintaining traceability between requirements, tests, and resultsStrong mechanical design and testing knowledgeExperience with electromechanical systems; HVAC or building automation experience is a plusAdditional test management training or certification desiredTheoretical and practical experience in the conception of integration and verification proceduresExcellent track record in product verification and/or project managementProven ability to innovate in an application-oriented mannerStrong willingness to learnStructured and detail-oriented working styleGerman language skills an advantageWho We AreBelimo is the global market leader in the development, production, and marketing of field devices for the energy-efficient control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
