OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician to join a patient‑focused outpatient care team. This role is responsible for providing high‑quality primary care, managing complex clinical situations, and supporting continuity of care, preventive health, and disease management. The Physician will work with a high level of autonomy while contributing to broader departmental strategy and patient experience improvement initiatives.This is a patient‑facing role and includes participation in a Tuberculosis (TB) screening programme. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patientsFocus on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and health maintenanceMaintain accurate and thorough medical histories and clinical documentationRefer patients to specialists as clinically appropriateManage moderately complex to complex clinical cases requiring in‑depth evaluation and sound clinical judgementExercise independent decision‑making with considerable latitude in determining clinical approachesContribute to departmental goals and influence clinical strategy as appropriateSupport initiatives aimed at continuously improving patient and consumer experiences Required QualificationsBachelor’s degreeGraduate of an accredited MD or DO programme from an accredited universityCurrent physician licensure in the state of practiceBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine5+ years of relevant professional or clinical experienceAbility to manage complex clinical scenarios independentlyWillingness to undergo TB screening as part of employment requirementsStrong commitment to patient‑centred care and service excellence Preferred QualificationsInternal Medicine specialitySpanish language proficiency
