We are looking for experienced servers to join our team and deliver a world-class, guest-focused dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service in a fast-paced, upscale environment Guide guests through our unique menu, including specialty cocktails, premium cuts, and signature Japanese-fusion dishes Manage table sections efficiently while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards Accurately process orders and handle transactions Collaborate with teammates and support staff to ensure seamless service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Upsell specials, beverages, and premium items to enhance guest experience Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in upscale dining or high-volume restaurant service required Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge preferred; willingness to learn is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay composed and deliver high-quality service under pressure Must be 18+ years old and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive hourly base pay plus tips Staff meals and discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within a fast-expanding restaurant group Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
