Responsibilities:Lead the administration, enhancement, and optimization of financial systems and reporting platformsPartner cross-functionally to support financial reporting requirements, system implementations, and process improvementsOversee financial data flows across ERP and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and integritySupport financial close processes and maintain SOX-compliant controls, system security, and user accessDrive automation and technology-focused initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate with external auditors and support various finance transformation projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of experience working with financial systems within a large or global organizationExperience supporting ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and system implementations/enhancementsStrong understanding of financial data governance, controls, and reporting processesAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with both technical and business teamsStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentPay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
