Technical Program Manager - Machine Safety

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the safe, profitable, and efficient execution of electrical projects, ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. This role oversees safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance, while also driving sales growth and finding new business opportunities. Qualifications And RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related preferredExtensive experience/knowledge of electrical construction, finance, and managementExperience, Skill And AbilitiesPositive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiableProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to apply innovative and effective leadership techniques to maximize employee performanceExceptional organizational and documentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the company and customersPhysical RequirementsOffice and field environment requiring sitting and standing.
