Construction Project Manager

Overview In this role you drive campus-based delivery for metro projects, reviewing design and site information to enable timely, data-driven decisions. You will manage procurement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet scope, schedule, and budget. As a safety leader, you ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across campus/metro constructions. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to align with Microsoft’s vision and program goals, delivering secure, high-quality facilities. ResponsibilitiesMonitor project budget and controls; suggest adjustmentsLead change management and ensure adherence to new processesAttend and advise project meetings; advocate for safety and securityDrive delivery of campus/metro projects with data-based decisionsOversee procurement for resources and materials within budgetsReport on project progress (scope, schedule, standards, budget)Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to align with corporate goalsEvaluate vendor performance and ensure contract/compliance alignmentReview design/documentation; identify risks and propose mitigationsRepresent Microsoft in safety leadership; conduct audits and incident investigationsDevelop metrics and dashboards to track risk and program progress Key requirementsBachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field10+ years related experience; or 12+ years preferred12+ years experience on data center projectsAbility to meet Microsoft Cloud background check and security screening requirements-cross-functional collaborationeffective communicationconflict resolutionConstruction Project ManagementRisk AnalysisRegulatory Compliance
