This position is perfect for someone who wants to learn about the legal industry and how data is used to inform business decisions. You will support the Rocket Lawyer team in driving business insights, reporting, and analytics to help drive growth and optimize business performance. This role will partner closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, & Data Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and act as a thought leader for data at Rocket Lawyer.How You Will Make a Difference Day To DayAnalyze and optimize user engagement and experience with our services and investment across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email, and offline channelsCollaborate with business leads to understand KPIs & test hypotheses to drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and salesSupport revenue and cost model assumptions are they relate to customer acquisition costs and lifetime valueConduct research and analysis to support business decisions, including reporting and communication of results to leadershipMaintain and optimize BI tools and dashboard solutions.
