Architectural Project Manager

A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio delivering architecture, landscape, and interior design services with a focus on integrated, people-centered spaces and thoughtful adaptive reuse is seeking a Project Manager who will play a crucial role in leading projects and work collaboratively with the studios team to ensure successful project completion at their Los Angeles, CA office.Responsibilities:Work on both Single-Family and Adaptive reuse projectsLead projects with minimal supervision, and collaborate with the team and staff for certain processesSuccessfully interface and communicate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractorsWork independently and bring projects from Schematic Phase, Design Documentation, Construction Documentation (in Revit), Construction Administration, and PermittingMentor junior staffQualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in an architecture firmProfessional degree in Architecture from an accredited schoolFluency in Revit and AutoCADLicensure preferred, but not required Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurancePerformance-based bonusesPaid Time offPaid Holidays
