Job DescriptionThe Construction Manager (Residential Super) will be responsible for: Managing the construction of custom and semicustom homes across Northern Virginia and Maryland Coordinating and scheduling all trade partners to ensure quality workmanship and ontime delivery Owning project budgets, schedules and daytoday site operations Leading predrywall and presettlement client walkthroughs Educating homeowners on warranty and performance standards Managing postcompletion service and warranty items Attending weekly team meetings Running 2-4 active homes at a time depending on complexity and location MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
