Staff Accountant – West Atlanta, GA$65,000 to $75,000Why This Opportunity Stands Out• Work directly with the Controller and CFO• Strong opportunity to build a well-rounded accounting foundation• Exposure to multiple areas of accounting and finance• Collaborative team with room for growth and developmentWhat You'll Be Responsible For• Record daily cash activity and prepare journal entries• Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations• Assist with financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP• Analyze expenses and investigate variances• Support month-end close (accruals, prepaids, payroll entries)• Assist with audit preparation and reporting deadlines• Support fixed assets, lease accounting, and compliance reporting• Prepare cash reports, wire transactions, and cash flow forecasts• Assist with budget-to-actual reporting and ad hoc analysis• Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentationQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• 1–5 years of accounting experience• Working knowledge of GAAP• ERP experience required (Great Plains is a plus)• Intermediate Excel skills preferred• Strong attention to detail and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines#INAPR2026 #LI-CM4
