This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy helping others maintain independence, comfort, and safety within their home environment while having flexibility and control over their schedule.As a Personal Care Aide / Caregiver - PCA, you will assist clients with activities of daily living while providing companionship, emotional support, and personalized care.Responsibilities of Personal Care Aide / Caregiver - PCA: Provide personal care and support to clients in a home setting Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation assistance Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises Provide medication reminders and observe/report changes in client condition Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Offer companionship and participate in activities clients enjoy such as reading, games, puzzles, and hobbies Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and care team membersQualifications of Personal Care Aide / Caregiver - PCA: High school diploma or equivalent PCA certificate from an approved program required Six (6) months of healthcare experience preferred CPR certification and TB skin test required Valid Virginia driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Why Join Us?
