Please read the job description below and let me know if you are interested.Position: Business Analyst – Advanced (Only w2)Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)Interview Process: Virtual/In-PersonReq ID: 10776Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis & Workflow MappingFacilitate meetings with business and technical teams to understand operational processes Document current and future state workflows, process maps, and system interactions Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Create detailed documentation including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process narratives System Integration & Data Flow AnalysisAnalyze and document system integrations and data flows between enterprise applications Identify dependencies, integration points, and system interactions Work with technical teams to understand APIs and data exchange mechanisms Assess risks and gaps related to integrations Requirements Gathering & DocumentationGather and document business and functional requirements Develop BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and traceability matrices Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for development teams PMO SupportAssist project managers with tracking tasks, deliverables, and documentation Support multiple concurrent IT projects and PMO activities Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business units, technical teams, and leadership Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment on requirements and project goals Testing & Implementation SupportAssist in test planning, test case development, and UAT activities Validate system functionality against business requirements Support implementation readiness and deployment activities Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or enterprise systems 5+ years of experience analyzing system integrations and data flows 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements 5+ years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data exchange Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO) Experience with enterprise system implementations or modernization initiatives Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similarBest Regards, Salman AlamIT Recruiter||Syntricate Technologies Inc.Direct:Email:
