Our products support industries including food & beverage, propane, emergency rescue, battery, rental trucks, oil & gas, and data storage.If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have strong Excel and reporting skills, and enjoy supporting quality-driven operations, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Quality Control Team including filing, printing, scanning, phone support, email communication, and document preparationCreate and maintain reports, charts, dashboards, and data tracking tools using ExcelAnalyze and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, and visualization toolsPrepare inspection packets and documentation for the quality inspection processCoordinate with vendors regarding dealership attention items and quality-related issuesSupport the team in meeting production deadlines and quality goalsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communicationsAssist with purchase order coordination and documentationFollow all company policies and safety proceduresPerform additional administrative and reporting duties as assignedQualificationsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data visualizationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing settingProject management experience preferredQuality Control or Quality Assurance experience preferredIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredAssociate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experienceWhat Makes You Successful In This RoleYou are highly organized and dependableYou enjoy working with data and reporting toolsYou communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customersYou can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyYou proactively identify issues and help drive solutionsYou bring a positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset every dayPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel Frequent walking throughout the manufacturing facility Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally Ability to communicate clearly in person and by telephone Comfortable working around manufacturing operations and equipmentSpecific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
