Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A specialty healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their team in Fairfield County, CT.Responsibilities:Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needsConducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsPerforming in-office procedures, as neededSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesHandling other duties, as neededQualifications:Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicinePracticed at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care settingBoard certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of employment
