(Tools Quotation, Casting Scrap defects analysis & resolution, Foundry process knowledge, no-bake process, cold box process) Foundry tooling Design Experience. (Pattern and core boxes, Complex modeling, intuitive knowledge of P/L, offsets, clearances, layout in tool build, no-bake process, cold box process) Creo modeling and flow simulation analysis using SolidCastAdditional Technical Skills (Required)Strong CAD skills (Creo prefers).Machining print reading and geometric tolerance understandingCasting simulation experiences (SolidCast prefers)(Desired) CNC milling knowledgeSoft Skills:Able to work with and direct suppliers on Tooling Build ProjectsCommunicate and work well with all levels of the facility
