Project Manager (Civil/Site) (Marion)
Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work in our Civil/Site business unit. This position requires 8-10 years of experience.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Lead engineers and designers throughout the life of the projectPerform detention, water quality, and piped hydraulic design calculationPrepare engineering cost estimatesPrepare project-specific technical specificationsReview shop drawingsPerform construction administration duties, including punch list visits and documentationOversee project financial statusAssist with marketing proposalsStrong client relationships and must have the ability to develop businessPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Licensed Professional Engineer or become licensed within one yearAbility to lead, manage, and schedule staff to meet project needsAbility to collaborate well with a team working toward common goals.Critical thinking and analysisExperience using Civil 3D CAD modelingExperience using HEC-RAS modelingExperience using detention programs such as PondPackProficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)Must possess a valid driver's licenseMust complete a background checkEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringSALARY RANGE:Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $95,000 to $145,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.Why come work for us?
