What You'll Do You'll be a core resource supporting Burke's Indiana operations, providing administrative support across multiple departments to keep the office running efficiently. Responsibilities include: Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize correspondence, proposals, reports, and meeting materials Answer reception calls and assist visitors and clients Support administrative coordination for new projects Assist with planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and catering Manage office supplies, drink stations, and kitchen inventory Place and follow up on maintenance and service requests Provide status updates on ongoing administrative tasks and projects Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with basic database creation Handle outgoing mail and package shipments (FedEx/UPS) Maintain Outlook calendars for individuals or teams as needed Manage confidential documents and sensitive information Business Administration Support (Preferred Experience) If you have interest or experience in business operations, you may also: Support project setup and administrative tracking Assist with billing activities and invoice preparation Provide administrative support for contracts, task orders, and amendments Assist with basic accounting and financial tracking Coordination between admin staff, accounting, and project teams What You Bring Strong communication skills Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and independently prioritize work High school diploma or equivalent (required) 3+ years of administrative, office support, or operations experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe or InDesign is a plus Coursework or certification in business administration or related fields is helpful but not required Not Sure You're a Perfect Match?
